Abstract

Abstract. A result is the importance of each individual person. In this context, the skills are demonstrated which people need today to cope in our global and complex world. From this point of view the concept of three folding of the human being, the base of Waldorf education can be helpful. Three basic abilities are focused, the abilities of thinking, feeling and action. These are the main skills to be able to understand the world. In this context, it is not only important to acquire skills in these areas. It is also important, that thoughts are not abstract from reality and not abstract from human feelings. Thinking, feeling and actions should be related one each other. Finally, it will be discussed the method of learning in Waldorf education. It aims at training both the three skills of thinking, feeling and acting, as well as a relation of these three human activities.
